Xtream Codes not working? Here's how to fix it

If your Xtream Codes login won't connect in BeePlayer, it's almost always one of a handful of simple causes. Work through these in order.

1. Check the server URL format

Your Server URL must include http:// (or https://) and the port number, exactly as your provider gave it — for example http://your-provider.com:8080. Don't add /c, /player_api.php or any path on the end; just the host and port.

2. Re-check the username and password

These are case-sensitive and easy to mistype on a TV remote. Watch for confusing characters like O/0 and l/1, and make sure there are no spaces before or after. If you can, copy them from your provider's email rather than typing from memory.

3. Make sure your subscription is active

An expired or suspended line is the single most common cause. Try the same details in any other IPTV app or your provider's web portal — if they don't work there either, contact your provider to renew or check your account.

4. You've hit your connection limit

Most IPTV lines allow only one or two devices at once. If the same login is open on another TV, phone or box, close it and try again — an "in use" line will refuse new connections.

5. Try M3U instead

If Xtream still won't connect but your line is valid, ask your provider for an M3U URL and use the M3U tab instead — it's a more universal format and sometimes succeeds where Xtream doesn't.

Testing in a browser or the LG simulator? Turn on the connection helper on the first screen — browsers block direct requests to IPTV servers, and the helper routes around it. On a real TV, leave it off.
