IPTV connected but no channels showing? Here's why

You entered your details, BeePlayer connected — but Live TV, Movies or Series are empty. Here's what that means and how to fix it.

What an empty list usually means

If your playlist connected but returned no channels, it almost always points to one of two things: your subscription line has expired, or a login detail was entered slightly wrong so you've connected to an empty or invalid account.

Step 1 — Confirm your line is active

Test the exact same details in your provider's portal or another app. If nothing loads there either, your line needs renewing — contact your provider.

Step 2 — Re-enter your details carefully

In BeePlayer, open Account → Change (or Settings) and re-enter your Xtream server, username and password — or your M3U URL — double-checking every character. One wrong digit connects you to nothing.

Step 3 — Refresh your content

If your line was recently renewed, BeePlayer may still be showing a cached empty library. Go to Refresh content in the side menu (or Settings → Refresh now) to re-download everything from your provider.

Step 4 — Check category visibility

If only some categories are missing, make sure you haven't hidden them. In Settings → Manage categories you can un-hide any channel, movie or series categories you previously hid.

BeePlayer shows exactly what your provider sends. If the provider's account is empty or expired, there's nothing for the app to display — the fix is always on the subscription side.
